Hello %FIRSTNAME% After the success of our first day retreat, we have decided to come together again in April… A day for you… On the 23rd of April 2023 six beautiful souls will be coming together to host a full day, well-being retreat in the beautiful village of Great Hormead in Hertfordshire. We will arrive to begin at 10am and finish around 6.30pm. Meet your hosts: Jemma Louise Golds is massage therapist and has trained in lots of different modalities over 30 years of her practice. She is also a reflexologist and sound therapist, incorporating sound, energy, breath work, meditation and aura cleansing into her massage treatments, Qi gong and sound baths, to help her clients get a deeper relaxation and healing on all levels. At the retreat Jemma will be offering acupressure massage to everyone throughout the Sound-bath and will also take us through a Qi-Gong self-massage routine. This will awaken the body's immune system and get the energy flowing through our meridians for better health and vitality. Melanie Bliss is a yoga and meditation teacher of 17 years. She particularly enjoys teaching gentle yin yoga with guided meditations. She is passionate about helping her clients to de-stress, relax and find inner peace. Melanie is also a sound healer, currently training to be a gong master. On your special day, Melanie will guide you through two gentle yoga sessions, one standing and one seated. She will teach you a breathing exercise or relaxation technique and will also run a full sound healing session with Jemma. Helen blends Mindfulness, intuitive coaching, and NLP to tailor to what her clients need at that time. As well as teaching techniques to help manage stress and anxiety and build confidence, she also teaches about our unconscious underlying beliefs which can govern our lives until we learn what might be holding us back/stuck. “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” – Carl Jung Helen then supports her clients to move forward to living how they’d love to. For our retreat, she will lead guided visualisations, meditations & group coaching. Crystle A. Jones is a passionate Holistic Therapist, whose aim is to empower souls with their healing journey. Her treatments offer a safe space for heart connection, allowing each person to truly connect with their inner truth and guide themselves towards their authentic self and their own healing journey. She is an avid learner - always learning new skills to offer in her sessions with individuals and groups. She is trained in a variety of Massage Therapies, Womb and Abdominal Massage, Reiki, Crystal Light Mapping, Meditation, Trauma Release Therapy and Ceremonial Cacao - all therapies that empower and guide us to heart connection and healing. At the retreat, Crystle will be guiding us into the day with a gentle ceremony and guided meditation using the power of Ceremonial Cacao. This beautiful plant medicine will allow for gentle heart connection and create a space within to take in the healing that the day has to offer. She will also be offering Reiki and Crystal Healing later in the day. Beverley Weemes is an Angelic Reiki healer she works intuitively guided by the angelic realm and her spirit team to give you a powerful spiritual healing session. Beverley is also a sound healer channelling sound and light language to heal the multi-dimensional being within you, allowing the sound to flow through all consciousness releasing that which lies deep within you, that no longer serves you ✨️ Beverley will take you on a magical meditation journey with the sound of her voice, drum and crystal singing bowls. As a light worker Beverley's passion is healing people and Mother Earth ❤️ Natasha Longman is a Crystal & Reiki intuitive healer. Natasha began her journey with Reiki healing over 15 years ago and started using crystals at the age of 7 years old, enchanted as a child. Natasha found great power in incorporating the crystals with her healing, giving a unique experience of all round healing. Natasha works through your chakras and places crystals intuitively on the area, which needs attention. Natasha is generally able to find trauma within the body, some that have been hidden since childhood. Early accidents can also be found on the body, using crystals we are able to heal, lighten the area and fill it with crystal healing. During the healing session you can sometimes go into a sleep state, this healing is usually guided with colours, so special care and attention is bought to the area. If any unalignment has been found, Natasha will let you know after the session and a course of action, if any is needed. Please note drinking water after this session is essential to flush through the toxins. We will be stopping for comfort breaks, healthy snacks/drinks and a wholesome nutritious lunch during the day. Food and drinks will be provided as part of the cost. Please inform us of any dietary requirements – all food will be vegan, gluten-free, soy free.
