I hope you are having a fabulous weekend and staying safe in the sun. It’s too hot even for me today. I am writing to you from my lounge where it is nice and cool. 

It is a quiet week here at Bliss Yoga & Wellness. This is what we have coming up:

Wednesday 7pm: Gentle yoga and meditation/relaxation, Buntingford. 
Perfect for beginners and those needing to de-stress.

Wednesday 8.15pm: 30 Minute Gong Bath, Buntingford. 
The practice of sound bathing, as the name suggests, is the practice of being deeply immersed in sounds and vibrations that have the power to cleanse and heal. It is a journey of self-discovery through deep relaxation and meditation.

Friday 9.30am: Yoga with a touch of Pilates, Buntingford. 
For fitness, flexibility, and stress relief. Beginner’s welcome – please note change of time for this week.
