Floating Sound Healing Session – Little Hadham, Hertfordshire

Step into deep rest and gentle renewal with our Floating Sound Healing Session in the peaceful outdoor setting of Little Hadham, Hertfordshire.

Supported on a double flocked airbed, you’ll drift softly on the water while being bathed in the healing sounds of gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and voice. The water beautifully carries and amplifies the vibrations, helping to calm the nervous system, soften tension, release stuck energy, and guide you into a profound state of relaxation.

This is a truly special and tranquil experience — perfect for anyone seeking peace, clarity, restoration, and connection.

– Wear comfortable clothing suitable for relaxing in
– Please note your feet may get wet
– Bring a towel and a blanket for extra comfort

Important information:

🌿 Limited spaces available on the water – early booking is highly recommended
🧘 If preferred, you may also relax poolside on your yoga mat and still enjoy the sound healing
