Join us for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath designed to soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, and bring the body into a state of rest and renewal.

During this 40-minute session, you will be invited to get comfortable and simply receive as the sounds of instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other healing tones wash over you. Sound healing can help ease tension, support relaxation, and create a sense of inner calm and balance.

Please bring a mat, a blanket and a pillow to your session if appropriate.

As part of our Health & Wellness Festival at the United Reformed Church, Bishop’s Stortford, this session is also helping to support a local community fundraiser.
