St Margaret’s Church, Wicken Bonhunt
🗓 Sunday 29th March
⏰ 10:30am – 1:00pm
We’re delighted to welcome you to this special collaborative experience, held in the peaceful and resonant space of St Margaret’s Church, Wicken Bonhunt.
This immersive morning begins with Matthew, who will guide a gentle, intentional breathwork journey accompanied by live handpan. The combination of conscious breathing and the warm, rhythmic tones of the handpan helps calm the nervous system, soften the body, and gently open awareness — creating a grounded, receptive state for deeper rest.
From here, you’ll be guided seamlessly into an extended 90-minute sound healing session led by Jemma & Melanie. As you lie back and settle in, you’ll be immersed in layered vibrations from gongs, singing bowls, and chimes, allowing the mind to quiet, the body to release tension, and the nervous system to deeply reset.
This longer-form sound journey offers space for profound relaxation, emotional release, and integration — supporting you to drop beneath surface stress and enter a state of deep stillness and restoration.
✨ This experience may support:
• Deep nervous system regulation
• Emotional release and energetic clearing
• Improved sleep and mental clarity
• Grounding, balance, and renewal
• A deeper connection to breath, body, and sound
No previous experience with breathwork or sound healing is needed. This is a welcoming, supportive space to arrive exactly as you are and simply receive.
🧘♀️ Please bring: a mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort (spares available).
