Join us for a beautiful day of wellbeing, relaxation and connection at our Golden Pause Day Retreat.

This gentle and nourishing retreat has been created to give you time to pause, breathe, move your body, calm your mind and deeply rest. Across the day, you will be guided through a selection of holistic practices designed to support your wellbeing and help you reconnect with yourself.

Your day will include:

11:00am – Qi Gong
A gentle 45-minute session combining mindful movement, breath and energy work to support balance, calm and relaxation. This session will be held outside, weather permitting.

12:00pm – Subconscious Meditation with Natalie
A deeply relaxing guided meditation designed to help you quiet the conscious mind, soften into stillness, and gently connect with the deeper layers of the subconscious. This session offers space for insight, release and inner calm.

1:00pm – Lunch Break
Please bring your own lunch. Fresh fruit and herbal tea will be provided.

2:00pm – Yoga
A gentle 45-minute yoga session suitable for all levels, helping you stretch, breathe and reconnect with your body. This session will be held outside, weather permitting.

3:00pm – 4:30pm – Sound Bath
A deeply relaxing sound healing journey using soothing instruments and vibrations to support rest, release and nervous system calm.

This is a lovely opportunity to step away from everyday busyness and enjoy a calming day dedicated to your wellbeing.

Spaces: Limited to 20 people

Please bring:
Your own lunch, water, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and an eye mask if you have one, so you can be as comfortable as possible throughout the day.

Fresh fruit and herbal tea will be provided.
